Potatos a la Zio Luigi
I know that many of you like cooking. What’s your favorite dish or recipe?
Right now I am baking these potatoes. A recipe from my Italian uncle. Pre-cook the potatoes with peel. Then, cut them in thick slices. The same for the onions. Put them in a baking pan, add olive oil, a good red wine, salt and pepper. Be generous!
Broil them. It is a perfect side dish for meat. This is one of my favorite easy-to-make recipes. I am waiting for yours.
